The ComSonics Mobile Problem Locator (MPL) application is a smart phone application designed to provide cable technicians with a simple tool to help maintain their network. Targeted for use with ComSonics’ QAM Compass via Bluetooth connection to provide contractor work verification.
- view and close leakage work orders
- access to the GENACIS leakage management application
- document leaks or non-leakage related faults in the cable plant
- record non-cable issues such as damaged phone or power lines (non-cable issues can be reported to the applicable utility for action)
