Cindy Bolan

Director of Human Resources

Cindy Bolan joined ComSonics in April 2021 as Human Resources Manager. She has over 25 years of Human Resource Management experience at both the local and corporate levels in industries including telecommunications, manufacturing, health care, and aviation. In her current role she directs the organization’s human resources programs by planning, development, implementation, and administration of all human resources areas. These include employment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, recruiting and retention, training programs, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Cindy is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management.
